Safety Rules and Policies

1.We are not responsible for personal injury and we require each customer to sign a waiver acknowledging this policy.
2.We will not remain on site during the event unless prior arrangements are made.
3.Customers are responsible for the care and well being of the equipment.
4.Always operate under adult supervision.
5.Extra caution and supervision is required for children ages three and under.
6.Remove shoes or footwear, glasses, jewelry, and pocket contents.
7.No sharp objects allowed in the bouncer.
8.No flips, wrestling, horseplay, or piling-on allowed in the bouncer.
9.Individuals with head, neck, or other injuries, pregnant women, small infants and others who may be susceptible to injury shouldn't get in the bouncer.
10.No one is allowed on the bouncer while it's being inflated or deflated.
11.In the event of rain, lighting or high winds please have participants exit the bouncer and turn off the blower unit.
12.Do not spray the bouncer with water for any reason.
13.Do not bounce on the step or near the doorway.
14.No climbing or hanging on the outside walls.
15.The bouncer must be anchored prior to and during operation.
16.Absolutely NO SILLY STRING or GLITTER should be used in or around the bouncer.
17.Do not tape or apply anything to the bouncer.
18.Keep all pets off of the bouncer.
19.The equipment is rugged if you follow our guidelines there shouldn't be any problems.
20.Payment due upon delivery.  Deposit due on confirmation of date.
